Bmw E90 Heater Fan Not Working

1. I set the auto settings to max power (of the three levels provided) 2. I have turned off the rear vent (since nobody usually is in my backseat) to get more power in front vents. 3. If i have it on warm heating, it still blows cold on the driver side. The middle one is also cooler but no so cold. The one closest to the window and me is freezing. I do not know if radiator is ok or not. engine running good. I checked hc at the radiator reservior tank. nothing detected. vJVGtE.
